Directions
If fish fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pieces.
Mix garlic, onion and oil in square microwavable dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Cover tightly and microwave until onion is softened, 1 to 2 minutes.
Arrange fish, thickest parts to outside edges, on onion; sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.
Pour wine around fish.
Cover and microwave 4 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn.
Microwave until fish flakes easily with fork, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
Arrange cooked spinach on deep platter.
Carefully remove fish, garlic and onion with slotted spoon; place on spinach.
Serve with lemon wedges.
