6 eggs
 
1 cup crab meat, chopped fine
 
2 cups secondary broth
 
1 tbsp. sherry
 
1 tbsp. soya sauce
 
1 tbsp. cornflour
 
1 tsp. salt
 
1/2 tsp. five spice powder
 
2 tbsps. peanut oil
 
1 cup chilli bean sauce

Directions

Beat eggs well in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a greased pudding pan.
Cover with foil or grease proof paper.
Secure the cover.
Steam for 40 minutes until set.
Transfer into a serving dish and serve hot with chilli bean sauce.
