Steamed Vegetables With Smithfield Ham Recipe
Ingredients
| Assorted fresh vegetables - 4 cups, cut into bite-sized pieces | ||
| Smithfield ham/proscuitto - 2 oz | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chinese/Japanese sesame oil - 1 tbsp | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Steam the vegetables till just tender
2. Slice the ham into 1/16" thick slices, stack the slices together and cut into thinnner strips
3. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and sesame oil
SERVING
4. Add steamed vegetables into serving platter, scatter ham over it, drizzle soy sauce mixture and serve at once
