Ingredients

 Cooked white chicken4 Ounce (125 Gram, Chicken, Pork Etc)

 Chicken gizzards2
 Dried mushrooms4 , soaked
 Bamboo shoots3 Ounce (90 Gram)
 Shrimps3 Ounce (90 Gram)
 Ginger slice2
 Sherry2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Hot stock1 Pint (600 Milliliter)

Directions

Cut the meats into 1 -cm (1/2-in) pieces.
Dice the pre-soaked mushrooms, discarding the hard stems.
Dice the bamboo shoots into 1-cm (1/2-in) cubes.
Wash the outside of the marrow end.
Scoop out the seeds and some flesh to make a bowl, without breaking the skin.
Cut the top edge into a zigzag pattern.
Assemble all the ingredients in the marrow bowl.
Place in a large bowl, steam for 35 minutes, check the seasoning and serve in the bowl used for cooking.
