Steamed Shrimp Recipe
This Steamed Shrimp recipe is easily right at the top of my favorite list. The Chinese people couldn't have come up with a better dish than this Steamed Shrimp, specially when it comes to culinary creativity. This recipe is a good way to use Shrimp. Ingredients
1 pound shrimp
3 or 4 slices fresh ginger root
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon sherry
Directions
1. Shell and devein shrimp.
2. Mince ginger root; then combine with soy sauce and sherry. Add to shrimp and toss. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
3. Transfer shrimp and its marinade to a shallow heatproof dish. Steam over low heat until shrimp turn pink
