Steamed Oysters With Chicken Recipe

Ingredients
| 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, split, and boned | ||
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| 1/4 cup pine nuts or almonds, chopped | ||

| Sesame seed | 1 Tablespoon, toasted | |
| Oysters | 1/2 Pint, shucked | |
Directions
Chop chicken.
Combine chicken, egg, pine nuts or almonds, green onion, garlic, sesame seed, 3/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Turn chicken mixture into 9-inch pie plate (or another shallow heat-proof dish that is at least 1 inch smaller than steamer rack).
Arrange oysters atop.
Cover with foil.
Over high heat, bring water for steaming to boiling.
Place pie plate on steamer rack over boiling water.
Cover and steam for 20 to 25 minutes or till done.
Spoon off any excess liquid.
