Ingredients

 Mussels2 Pound, cleaned
 Tomatoes1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Garlic3 Clove (5gm), mashed
 Green onions6 , chopped
 Olive oil1 Tablespoon
 Juice of 1/2 lemon
 Sauvignon2 Tablespoon
 Cilantro2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Basil2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Pinch red pepper flakes

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot with a lid.
Cover and steam on high heat, shaking the pot vigorously every couple of minutes during steaming, for about 8 minutes or until mussels open.
