Steamed Mussels Recipe
Ingredients
| Mussels | 2 Pound, cleaned | |
| Tomatoes | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Garlic | 3 Clove (5gm), mashed | |
| Green onions | 6 , chopped | |
| Olive oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Sauvignon | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Basil | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Pinch red pepper flakes | ||
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large pot with a lid.
Cover and steam on high heat, shaking the pot vigorously every couple of minutes during steaming, for about 8 minutes or until mussels open.
