Steamed Meatballs Recipe
My love for steamed meatballs developed during high school days. The primary ingredient in steamed meatballs is always meat. You don't need to think more. Just prepare this steamed meatballs now!
Ingredients
1 pound lean hamburger
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 egg
1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions
Mix together all ingredients.
Form into small meatballs, place in a glass pie plate, and steam for about 35 minutes.
I use a bit of mustard green in the serving bowl for color and flavor.Place whole cleaned chickens in the smoker, and smoke for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove, and bake in oven at 375° for 1 hour.
Put barbecue sauce on just before serving.
