Steamed Lobster Recipe
This Steamed Lobster is indeed an healthy approach to having lobsters. My version of Chinese Steamed Lobster is just great anywhere. Why don't you take a try!
Ingredients
1 lobster
1 scallion stalk
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sherry
Directions
1. With a cleaver, chop lobster lengthwise in half, shell and all; then clean. Split claws. Place lobster, meat-side up, on a heatproof platter.
2. Mince scallion stalk and sprinkle over lobster, along with salt, sherry and oil.
3. Steam until lobster shell is bright red (15 to 20 minutes).
