Steamed Halibut With Garlic & Ginger Recipe

Ingredients
6 tbs (90 ml) Thai Oil
1 tbs (15 ml) garlic, finely minced
2 tsp (10 ml) ginger, finely minced
2 tbs (30 ml) soy sauce or first press fish sauce (nam pla)
1 tbs lime juice
4 6-oz (720 g) halibut filets or other firm white fish, skinless and boneless
16 large cilantro leaves lime wedges for garnish
Directions
Gently warm Thai oil in a small skillet.
Add garlic and ginger, cook slowly over low heat for 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and lime juice, stir well.
Simmer 1 minute more.
Remove from heat.
Arrange the fish filets in a steamer basket, simmer until just cooked through, no more than 5 minutes.
Place filets onto 4 warm plates and spoon the finished sauce over them.
Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
