Steamed Fish With Black Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 whole white fish (cleaned and scaled) | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Black beans | 2 Tablespoon, drained | |
| Garlic | 1 Tablespoon, finley minced | |
| Ginger slice | 2 , finely shredded | |
| Red pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 stalk green onion, cut into 2" (5 cm) strips | ||
Directions
1. Dry fish fillet and sprinkle with salt.
2. Combine salted black beans, ginger, chili pepper and garlic in a bowl and mash into a paste. Mix well with soy sauce and oil.
3. Rub fillet with black bean sauce mixture. Place green onion on top.
4. Steam over high heat for approximately 7-8 minutes
