Ingredients

 1 whole white fish (cleaned and scaled)
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Black beans2 Tablespoon, drained
 Garlic1 Tablespoon, finley minced
 Ginger slice2 , finely shredded
 Red pepper1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 Soy sauce1 Teaspoon
 Oil2 Teaspoon
 1 stalk green onion, cut into 2" (5 cm) strips

Directions

1. Dry fish fillet and sprinkle with salt.
2. Combine salted black beans, ginger, chili pepper and garlic in a bowl and mash into a paste. Mix well with soy sauce and oil.
3. Rub fillet with black bean sauce mixture. Place green onion on top.
4. Steam over high heat for approximately 7-8 minutes
