Directions

Steam the pieces of fish in a steamer and gently place the fish pieces in the serving plate. Gently place the shredded ginger and spring onions on the fish slices. Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and gently pour the oil on the fish pieces. On a very slow flame mix the sauces and wine, heat, adjust the seasonings and pour the sauces on the fish slices. Garnish with chilli flakes and serve hot.
