Ingredients
| 450 g lean minced chicken | ||
| 450 g lean minced pork | ||
| Egg white | 1 | |
| 1 tablespoon reduced-salt soy sauce, plus extra for dipping | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm) | |
| 2.5 cm cube fresh ginger | ||
| Sesame oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onions spring | 5 , finely chopped | |
| 1 -2 packs won ton wrappers | ||
Directions
Put all the ingredients apart from the spring onions and won ton wrappers in a food processor.
Blend to a rough paste.
Add the chopped spring onions.
Now take a won ton sheet and place a tablespoon of the mixture on to the centre.
Moisten the edges with water and crimp them all the way round, making an open parcel.
Repeat with the rest of the wrappers and mixture. (You could also try crimping the edges to make closed parcels.)
Put the parcels in a single or double steamer (or a bamboo steamer) and steam for 8-10 minutes.
Serve with soy sauce.
