Ingredients

 Flour1 1/4 Cup(16 tbs)
 1/2 cup each chopped walnuts and dates
 Raisins1/2 Cup(16 tbs)
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Baking soda1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Hot water3/4 Cup(16 tbs)
 Molasses1/2 Cup(16 tbs)
 Egg1
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon, melted

Directions

In medium bowl, combine flour, walnuts, dates, raisins, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Stir in water, molasses, egg and butter.
Pour batter into a greased 10 cup fluted tube dish or 6 cup fluted glass mold.
Cover completely with plastic wrap.
Cook at MEDIUM 8 to 10 minutes, or until pudding is set.
Release plastic wrap.
Let stand, covered, 10 minutes.
Invert onto serving platter; serve warm or cover until cool.
