Ingredients

 Hard shell blue crabs6
 Salt45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
 Soy sauce30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
 Red wine vinegar30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
 Sugar30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
 Ginger30 Milliliter, grated (2 Tablespoon)

Directions

1. Place crabs in a large bowl. Slowly run cold tap water continuously over crabs. Add 3 tablespoons salt and let stand for 1 1/2 hours to eliminate the sediment in crabs.
2. Rinse and drain crabs. Steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes.
3. While crab is steaming, combine ginger sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
