Steamed Crab With Ginger Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Hard shell blue crabs | 6 | |
| Salt | 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon) | |
| Soy sauce | 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon) | |
| Red wine vinegar | 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon) | |
| Sugar | 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon) | |
| Ginger | 30 Milliliter, grated (2 Tablespoon) |
Directions
1. Place crabs in a large bowl. Slowly run cold tap water continuously over crabs. Add 3 tablespoons salt and let stand for 1 1/2 hours to eliminate the sediment in crabs.
2. Rinse and drain crabs. Steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes.
3. While crab is steaming, combine ginger sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
