Steamed Christmas Pudding Recipe Video

Self Raising Flour - 1 1/2 ounces
Mixed Spice - 1/4 teaspoon
Suet - 4 ounces
Nutmeg - a good grating
White Breadcrumbs - 4 ounces
Lemon Rind - half, grated
Orange Rind - half, grated
Mixed Fruit - 12 ounces (currants, raisins, sultanas and glace cherries)
Black Treacle - 1 level tablespoon
Dark Brown Soft Sugar - 3 ounces
Eggs - 2, small, beaten
Sweet Stout (Mackeson) - 1/4 pint
