Wipe the chicken well and rub soya sauce mixture.
Leave aside for 20 minutes.
Prepare a large steamer and place the chicken in the centre and place ginger and onion on top.
Cover and steam for 40 minutes.
Clean wash and dry the crab.
Place the whole crab in a steamer.
Steam for 25-30 minutes.
Place the whole steamed chicken and crab on a serving dish, and decorate with spring onions.
Let the leeks face outward.
Heat oil and saute mushrooms.
Remove from heat and decorate the platter with it (steamed cauliflower and other vegetables also can be used).
Serve with any sauce of your choice.
Cut the chicken into small bite size pieces at the table.
Crack the shell of the crab as your guest starts to serve themselves.
