Steamed Chicken Recipe

Directions
Cut the chicken into 1-cm (1/2-in) slices and marinate for 30 minutes in a steaming bowl.
Slice the pre-soaked mushroom, discarding the hard stem.
Add the mushroom and ginger to the chicken.
Put the bowl in a steamer and steam for 12 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Serve at once in the steaming bowl.
