Steamed Brats Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 fully cooked bratwurst | ||
| 1/2 cup beer or water | ||
Directions
Pierce bratwurst with fork.
Place bratwurst and beer in medium skillet.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium; cover.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Remove lid; continue simmering until beer is evaporated.
Cook until bratwurst is browned, turning occasionally.
