Directions

In asparagus steamer or 3-quart saucepan with rack, heat 1/2 inch water to boiling.
Add asparagus.
Cover; steam asparagus 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
Salt to taste.
Serve with Hollandaise sauce or lemon butter.
