Most people are scared of cooking rice cause it just never comes out right. It is either overcooked and soggy or under-cooked with too much bite. The safest way to cook it is in a pressure cooker or rice cooker. But what do you do when you do not have either? Watch the video to learn how to make steamed rice, South Indian way. You don’t need a pressure cooker or rice cooker to make perfect white rice!
