Steaks Esterhazy Recipe
Ingredients
| Mushrooms | 1/4 pound, diced | |
| Carrot | 1 Small, diced | |
| 1 shallot or green onion, minced | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 4 servings beef sirloin, T bone, or fillet steaks | ||
Directions
Saute mushrooms, carrot, and shallot in butter.
Add paprika, salt, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 2 minutes; do not boil.
Broil steaks; top with sauce.
