 Mushrooms1/4 pound, diced

 1 shallot or green onion, minced

 4 servings beef sirloin, T bone, or fillet steaks

Directions

Saute mushrooms, carrot, and shallot in butter.
Add paprika, salt, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 2 minutes; do not boil.
Broil steaks; top with sauce.
