Steaks With Mushroom Onion Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin steak
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 jar (12 ounces) Fat Free Savory Beef Gravy
1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Dash pepper
Directions
Cut steak into 6 portions.
Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook steak over medium high heat to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Remove and keep warm.
In same skillet, cook mushrooms and onion until liquid evaporates.
Stir in gravy, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
