Steaklets Diane Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter/Margarine | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 4 vegetable burgers | ||
| Brandy | 1 Tablespoon, warmed | |
| Sherry | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives or onion | ||
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Melt 3 tablespoons of the butter in a frying pan and brown the burgers on both sides (about 5 minutes in total).
Remove the burgers from the pan and put them in the hot oven.
Add the brandy, sherry and the rest of the butter to the frying pan.
Sprinkle the chives over it and stir well.
Return the burgers to the frying pan and cook them in the sauce for 1 minute.
