 4 pieces rump steak
 Butter2 Ounce, softened
 2 oz blue vein cheese
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 Extra 1 oz butter, melted
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon

Directions

Make a slit in each steak, parallel to the surface of the meat.
Cream softened butter with blue vein cheese and parsley, place inside pocket of each steak.
Sprinkle steaks with pepper.
Mix extra butter and Worcestershire sauce together.
Barbecue steaks over medium hot coals for 10-20 minutes, according to taste.
Baste with the butter mixture occasionally while cooking.
