Steak In Coconut Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, 1/2 -inch thick
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried ground chili peppers
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
3 tablespoons oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup coconut cream
Directions
Cut meat in strips 1 inch by 2 inches.
