Steak Chinese Recipe
This juicy Steak Chinese is one of the best oriental round steak dishes that I've ever tasted ! Try out the Steak Chinese this weekend and tell me if you like it !
Ingredients
1/2 pound round steak
3 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
3 cups cauliflowerets
2 cups thinly sliced carrots
2-3 broccoli spears, diagonally sliced
1 small zucchini, diced
4 cups bean sprouts
1 cup water
Soy sauce
12 tablespoons rye flour
4 tablespoons water
4-5 cups cooked rice
Directions
Cut meat into 1 inch pieces.
Heat oil in a large skillet, and saute steak, garlic, and onion.
Add cauliflowerets, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, bean sprouts, and 1 cup water.
Cover, and steam for 3 to 5 minutes until crisptender.
Add soy sauce to taste.
Mix rye flour and 1 to 2 tablespoons water.
Add to mixture, and cook only until thickened.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
NOTE: Any cooked grain may be substituted for the rice.
