Steak And Mushroom Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| Tenderloin steak | 1 pound | |
| 12 small mushroom caps | ||
| Red wine | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Corn oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Catsup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Pinch of dried marjoram | ||
| Pinch of dried rosemary | ||
Directions
Cut steak into small cubes.
Mix all other ingredients together in bowl.
Add steak; marinate at least 2 hours.
Alternate steak and mushrooms on skewers.
Cook until meat is tender, about 15 minutes.
Baste frequently with marinade.
