 1 envelope Lipton Creamy Herb Soup Mix
 Water1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Red wine vinegar1 Tablespoon
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 4 tenderloin, sirloin or minute steaks (4 oz. ea.)
 Hot cooked rice3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sliced mushrooms1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Take a 1-quart saucepan and blend creamy herb soup mix with water and vinegar with the help of wire whip or fork.
2) Either broil or fry in pan the steaks until fully tender. Keep them warm.

MAKING
3) Boil the soup mix while stirring constantly on low heat for 5 minutes.
4) Season with pepper.

SERVING
5) Serve the steaks over the bed of hot rice topped with cooked mushrooms and sauce.
