50g low fat margarine
15g butter
50g cream cheese
2 tspn finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 x 125g meat steaks
Directions
Soften margarine, butter and cream cheese to room temperature Beat until well combined, mix in rosemary and garlic.
Spoon mixture onto a piece of foil and roll up into a sausage shape, freeze until ready to serve.
Grill steaks on a rack until just cooked.
Slice frozen cheese and butter roll into four 5mm slices and place one slice on top of each steak.
