Steak With Mushroom Brown Sauce Recipe
Steak with mushroom brown sauce is a saovry steak recipe prepared with a sirloin steak. Cooked with molasses and lemon juice for flavor, the steak with mushroom brown sauce is seasoned and served with the sauce poured over it.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt or Creole seasoning
2 pounds boneless sirloin steak
2 recipes Mushroom Brown Sauce
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well; pour into a large shallow dish.
Add steak; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning once.
Drain steak; discard marinade.
Grill steak over hot coals 8 to 12 minutes on each side or to the desired degree of doneness.
Spoon Mushroom Brown Sauce over steak to serve.
