Steak With Broccoli Recipe
Ingredients
| Sherry | 30 Milliliter | |
| Soy sauce | 30 Milliliter | |
| Beef broth | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 500 g boneless sirloin, trimmed and cubed | ||
| Oil | 15 Milliliter | |
| Onion | 1 , sliced | |
| Broccoli | 500 Gram | |
| Cornstarch | 15 Milliliter | |
| Pinch of ginger | ||
| Pepper | 1 | |
Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients.
Marinate beef in mixture for 15 minutes or longer.
Drain meat; reserve marinade; heat oil in wok or nonstick pan.
Stir-fry beef and onion over high heat until brown.
Remove from pan.
Add broccoli; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Mix marinade with cornstarch; add to wok.
Cook and stir until sauce thickens and broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add meat and onion.
Cook only until warmed through.
Add ginger and pepper.
Beef should be slightly rare and onion still crisp.
