Steak Teriyaki Recipe

Ingredients
| 2 Club steaks | ||
| Mirin | 5 Ounce (Teriyaki sauce:) | |
| Soy sauce | 5 Ounce (Teriyaki sauce:) | |
| Water | 1 Ounce (Teriyaki sauce:) | |
| Ginger | 1/2 Ounce, sliced (Teriyaki sauce:) | |
| Sugar | 1 Ounce (Teriyaki sauce:) | |
| Cornstarch | 2 Ounce (Teriyaki sauce:) | |
Directions
Broil or fry steaks until medium.
Cut steaks into squares.
Sauce: Boil Mirin for a few minutes.
Add soy sauce and water.
Add sliced ginger and sugar.
Mix well and simmer the sauce for 20 mins.
Mix cornstarch and water.
Add to sauce and mix well for a few minutes until cooked.
Strain sauce with cheese cloth or china cup.
Cool the sauce and store in refrigerator.
