Steak Tartare Recipe
Ingredients
| 225 g. / 8 oz. fillet steak, minced | ||
| 30 ml. / 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion | ||
| 15 ml. / 1 tablespoon capers | ||
| 15 ml. / 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley | ||
| Egg yolks | 2 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Mix together the minced steak, onion, capers, parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
Shape the mixture into two rounds and slightly hollow the middle.
Put an egg yolk in the centre of each.
