Steak Supper In A Foil Package Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 lb. chuck steak, 1" thick | ||
| Cream and mushroom soup | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Onion soup mix envelope | 1 , dehydrated | |
| Carrots | 3 Medium, quartered | |
| 2 stalks celery, cut into 2" lengths | ||
| Potatoes | 2 Medium, quartered | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Heat oven to 450°.
Tear off 2 feet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, 18" wide; lay in baking pan.
Place meat in center.
Mix mushroom soup and onion soup mix; spread over meat.
Top with vegetables.
Sprinkle vegetables with water.
Fold foil over and seal securely to hold in juices.
Bake 1 1/2 hr., or until meat is tender.
