Ingredients

 
4 steaks, your choice of cut
 
Very coarse ground black pepper
 
Coarse sea salt
 
6 tablespoons sweet butter (3/4 stick), softened
 
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
 
1 tablespoon brown mustard
 
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 
1/3 cup chopped fresh sage leaves

Directions

Sprinkle both sides of the steaks with pepper and salt, pressing it into the surface. Grill steaks.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mash butter, adding garlic, mustard and Parmesan cheese. Fold in chopped sage.

Immediately after steaks come off grill, smear the tops with sage butter.
