Steak Salad With Classic Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sirloin steak | 1 Pound | |
| 2 large red potatoes, boiled with skins on and coarsely chopped | ||
| 1 medium red onion, cut in rings | ||
| Pepper red | 1 To taste, thinly sliced | |
| 1/2 cup cooked peas | ||
| Italian parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/2 cup Classic Dressing | ||
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, garlic and pepper. Brush over both sides of steak; marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove steak from marinade.
2. Grill, broil or barbecue steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until rare. Cut diagonally, across the grain, into thin slices.
3. In a large bowl, combine hot steak slices, potatoes, onion, pepper, peas and parsley.
4. Pour dressing over top and toss well to coat.
