Steak Salad With Classic Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), finely chopped
 Ground black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Sirloin steak1 Pound
 2 large red potatoes, boiled with skins on and coarsely chopped
 1 medium red onion, cut in rings
 Pepper red1 To taste, thinly sliced
 1/2 cup cooked peas
 Italian parsley1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1/2 cup Classic Dressing

Directions

1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, garlic and pepper. Brush over both sides of steak; marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove steak from marinade.
2. Grill, broil or barbecue steak for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until rare. Cut diagonally, across the grain, into thin slices.
3. In a large bowl, combine hot steak slices, potatoes, onion, pepper, peas and parsley.
4. Pour dressing over top and toss well to coat.
