Ingredients

 2 pounds sirloin steak cut in 2 pieces
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Garlic powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Rosemary1/2 Teaspoon
 1 cup herb seasoned bread stuffing mix, crushed
 Basil1/2 Teaspoon
 2 tablespoons Italian style salad dressing
 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
 Soft butter2 Tablespoon

Directions

Wipe steak with paper towels.
Place on cutting board, pierce all over using a two tined kitchen fork.
Thoroughly mix remaining ingredients.
Spread steak with 1/2 the crumb mixture.
Press the crumbs into the steak, using the bottom of a heavy cup or mug.
Turn steak over and repeat with remaining crumbs.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Cover with plastic film.
