Steak Palermo Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 pounds sirloin steak cut in 2 pieces | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup herb seasoned bread stuffing mix, crushed | ||
| Basil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 tablespoons Italian style salad dressing | ||
| 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper | ||
| Soft butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Wipe steak with paper towels.
Place on cutting board, pierce all over using a two tined kitchen fork.
Thoroughly mix remaining ingredients.
Spread steak with 1/2 the crumb mixture.
Press the crumbs into the steak, using the bottom of a heavy cup or mug.
Turn steak over and repeat with remaining crumbs.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Cover with plastic film.
