Ingredients

 1 1/2 pounds good quality chuck steak, cut 1 1/2 inches thick
 Soy sauce1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/2 cup cream sherry
 Sesame paste2 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed

Directions

Cut steak into serving pieces.
Combine soy sauce, sherry, tahini, and garlic and pour over steak.
Marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.
Transfer to broiler pan and broil according to preference.
