Steak Marinade Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 pounds good quality chuck steak, cut 1 1/2 inches thick | ||
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup cream sherry | ||
| Sesame paste | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
Directions
Cut steak into serving pieces.
Combine soy sauce, sherry, tahini, and garlic and pour over steak.
Marinate in refrigerator 2 to 3 hours.
Transfer to broiler pan and broil according to preference.
