Steak Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 pounds boneless tender steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes | ||
| Plain yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon minced shallot or green | ||
| Onion | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In refrigerator marinate meat in remaining ingredients, except salt, for 1 to 2 days, turning occasionally.
Thread on large skewers, and broil over hot charcoal for about 15 minutes, turning frequently.
Season with salt.
Makes 3 or 4 servings.
