Ingredients

 Minced shallots1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
 Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Boneless beef club/Strip steaks2 (About 1/2 Inch Thick)
 Steak sauce1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
 Capers1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5 gm), minced
 Minced parsley1 Tablespoon

Directions

In large skillet, over medium heat, saute shallots in 1 tablespoon margarine until tender, about 5 minutes.
Increase heat to high; add remaining margarine to skillet.
Add steaks; brown on both sides, about 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium; stir in steak sauce, capers and garlic.
Simmer 2 minutes; add parsley.
Serve immediately.
