Steak &Chunky Chips Dinner Recipe Video

steak (2 sirloins)
potatoes
horseradish
creme fraiche
salad stuff
salt and pepper

Directions
Cut up your potatoes in funky sized chunks, the good thing is you can cut them as big as you want them so go wild……chuck em into a roasting tin when your done and give them a coating with olive oil and season them with the salt and pepper. Whack 'em in the oven for about half an hour and turn half way through.
Now season your sirloins with salt and pepper….. then make your dip by mixing together the creme stuff, chives and the horseradish (which I have a personal obsession with) and give it a stir together – thats it done!
