Steak Bits Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1/2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 1/2 pound top sirloin steak cut in thin bite-size pieces | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 1/2 dozen slices buttered party or icebox rye bread | ||
Directions
Heat butter and garlic in blazer pan over high heat.
Season steak with salt and pepper and quickly saute pieces as needed on all sides.
