| Beef tenderloin slice | 1 | |
| Green beans | 1/2 Can (10oz), drained | |

| Butter/Margarine | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Dampen potato with a few drops water; sprinkle with salt.
Prick several times with fork to allow steam to escape.
Place potato on plate.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until almost tender, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes.
Press peppercorns into both sides of tenderloin.
Place on plate next to potato; turn potato over.
Place beans on plate with beef and potato; sprinkle with sesame seed and garlic powder.
Dot with margarine.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium (50%) until beef is done, 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes.
Top potato with seasoned sour cream if desired.
