Ingredients
Ground beef - 1 pound
Sour cream - 1/4 cup
Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
Monosodium glutamate - 1 teaspoon
Chili sauce - 1/4cup
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.
2) Shape into 4 patties.
3) Grease a hot grill and place the patties.
4) Sear on both sides.
5) Cook till done.
SERVING
6) Serve over toasted bread.
