How To Make Starbucks Gingerbread Latte - This is one awesome drink for the winter holidays! The spice from the ground ginger gives this drink a "kick". This recipe only requires 4 easy ingredients and you don't need any fancy equipment to make it. I used a latte frother to mix everything, but you can you a spoon as well.

Directions

MAKING
1. In a stainless steel mug, pour in the soy milk, ground cinnamon, ginger and vanilla extract.
2. Using a latte mixer, start mixing the soy milk with the cinnamon, ginger and vanilla extract for about 20 - 30 seconds or until well combined and foamy.

SERVING
3. Slowly pour this gingerbread latte into a cup and serve hot garnished with some cinnamon powder along with a brownie.

NOTES
If you don't have a latte mixer, don't worry. Just stir non-stop using a spoon while the soy milk is heating over low heat on a stove.
