Star Hot Pepper Roulades Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 (1-pound) beef top round steak, about 1/2 inch thick | ||
| Steak sauce | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper | ||
| Ground red pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground white pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness.
Spread 2 tablespoons steak sauce over steak.
Sprinkle peppers evenly over steak sauce.
Roll up steak from short edge.
To make roulades, cut steak crosswise into 8 rolled slices.
Thread 2 roulades securely onto each of 4 (10-inch) metal skewers.
Grill roulades over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until done, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining steak sauce.
Serve immediately.
