Ingredients

 398 ml can lychees in sysrup juice ofl lime
 Cointreau2 Tablespoon
 Oranges2
 1 small Ogen melon, halved and seeded
 Star fruit3
 1/2 tablespoon shredded lemon balm or mint

Directions

1. Place the lychees with their syrup, lime juice and Cointreau in a bowl.
2. Peel the oranges and cut into segments, discarding all pith. Cut the melon flesh into cubes or scoop into balls, then add to the bowl with the oranges.
3. Cut the brown ribs from the star fruit, using scissors. Cut the star fruit into slices and add to the bowl.
4. Mix together well, turn into a glass serving dish and sprinkle with lemon balm or mint. Chill until required.
