Beat again until light and fluffy.
Beat in the egg yolks until they are thoroughly combined.
Sift the flour and salt into the mixture then fold in the sifted flour.
Make sure the ingredients are well mixed.
Spoon the mixture into a large forcing bag, and using a 1/4" star nozzle pipe out some stars, onto a greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle with the ground pistachio nuts.
Bake in a pre heated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
Cool on a wire tray when baked and lightly golden.
