Standing Rib Roast
Fresh rosemary
Olive oil
Black pepper
Salt
Tangerine
Directions
Tie the Standing Rib Roast.
Get some woody nice rustic rosemary and tuck them under the thread.
Season the roast with some black pepper and some olive oil over the top and some salt.
Pop the roast in the oven.
Cook the roast until 130 degrees. Use a thermometer to keep the temperature under control.
As the roast is done, pull out the rosemary and transfer the roast to a plate. Place 2 halves of gorgeous tangerine on both sides of the roast and garnish with the same rosemary that the roast was cooked with.
